I was born and raised in Central Illinois and attended college at Robert Morris University where I majored in Paralegal Studies while raising my three daughters.

Jerry and I both have always had a special love for retrievers and hunting. We currently reside in rural Macoupin county in Central Illinois with our 3 Labrador Retrievers and our Yorkie.

After attending private photography classes and photographing for several years, I decided to put my two loves together and start my own business. Total Retriever Photography!

Photographing working retrievers is what I enjoy doing the most. It is a dream come true. The president of our hunt club at Retriever's Unlimited, friends and our trainer have provided me with exceptional opportunities to capture the beauty of these amazing creatures and to live my dream. It is my hope to share with you what I see when I look through the lens at these wonderful animals.
